Here's how it works...

Each Healthy Inspirations centre is running this unique 6 week challenge - for a limited number of local women.

Participants get a nutrition and exercise program that's designed to meet individual needs and goals. This will be the "blueprint" for losing weight over the next 6 weeks.

Everyone works with our highly skilled coaches with weekly individual coaching sessions plus a choice of individual or group exercise, and follow a unique plan for their body.

The workouts are short, varied and fun and they'll have everyone looking better and feeling amazing in no time.

We know that losing weight and getting in amazing shape isn't as simple as following a nutrition and exercise plan. Otherwise everyone would be lean and looking amazing.

This is NOT a "set and forget" program where we hand out a plan and then people are left alone to struggle and figure it out. The challenge provides a unique combination of nutrition, coaching and exercise in a supportive community of like-minded women - all on the same journey to a life of health and fitness.

What the challenge involves


We know you're busy. Come when it suits for a time-efficient, individual workout, or for a dose of fun and friendship join one our group classes.

The exercise program is supervised and the equipment is designed to provide the best exercise for women of all ages wanting a better shape. Not only will participants be slimmer, they'll be stronger too.


Everyone learns how to lose weight, using food from their local supermarket, butcher, greengrocer etc. With 100's of food choices and healthy quick recipes, you and your family will discover some new favourites.

Our members are amazed that they steadily lose weight without being hungry. Some say that a 'diet' is the last thing you would call it!

Developed and overseen by a leading Australian dietitian who specialises in healthy eating plans for women.


Through the program you will find yourself immersed in the strong community of like-minded women with close personal support from your Health Coach - which is what helps you stay on track to achieve your goal.


You will learn what works for your body as everyone's body has different and individual tolerance levels for different foods. One diet does NOT suit every body!

This program is all about education so you know what to do to maintain a healthy and happy life.


Giving out an eating plan and telling people to exercise is like giving a student books without a teacher. That’s why the Healthy Inspirations program includes support with one-on-one coaching sessions to help people reach and maintain healthy weight goals.
